Hi all! It's been a long time, but I would like to share this little nugget of information:
Nintendo is coming out with a new DS next year, after the (what I consider to be) mediocre DSi.
It's rumored to be nVidia-powered, with more news coming in the next couple of months.
Do a google search and look at the results that pop up; I guarantee there's going to be a new DS coming.

if nintendo is doing what i think they'll be doing, a Tegra processor will be in this DS. making it more powerful by far than the current PSP. additionally, most games for the new DS won't run on the older DS's due to the hardware difference. expect to see some very good graphics the next DS generation.

This is awesome and horrible at the same time, I mean it's not so bad though, cuz I'm sure developers will still develop games for the old DS platform, but yeah this will outdate the current DS much earlier than I expected.

Tegra also supports full Flash and HD video out/playback. I'm wondering if Nintendo will do anything regarding these functionalities of the Tegra.

Youtube on the DS would be pretty rad. <,<

So many things can be done with Flash cuz tons of websites and web based apps use em'.

Those folks at Nintendo decided to cross breed a DSi with the original DS it seems...



From what I can tell, the only difference is a bigger screen and console

No new software/hardware, just a cosmetic re-think
